The pass mark and grade scale follow your institution, letter grades on a 4.0 scale included, and you can set your own pass mark.
Import your grade sheet
Pick the PDF your student portal exports. For many institutions it is read entirely on your phone; otherwise, and only if you agree, its text without your name or ID goes to Google Gemini under your own key. The PDF itself is never uploaded.

Questions
Is my grade sheet uploaded?
No. The PDF stays on your device. Where DegreEZ has a reader for your institution, the sheet is read on the device; otherwise you are asked first, before its text, with identifying details removed, is sent to Gemini under your own key.
Can DegreEZ see my grades?
No. From version 3.8 your grades are end-to-end encrypted on your device, so without your key nobody can read your record, including us. For statistics we keep only pseudonymous rows, which we cannot link to your account.
Do I need an account?
Yes: sign in with Google or Apple, so your record syncs across your devices, encrypted.
